Junction 9 Apartments is a newer construction 23-plex that opened in August 2017, located just south of NDSU.

These apartments all have in unit washer/dryer, quartz counter tops, under mount sinks, and high efficiency lighting. Parking consists of 52 off street spots. You won't find anything else like this close to campus!
